The date of this artwork appears directly on it in large Arabic numbers. Made of grey stone, and possibly executed as part of a funerary monument or a noble knight's armour, the sculpture, taken out of context, acquires a metaphysical charm, due to both its state of conservation, with the corrosion of the material, and its very geometric, synthetic and pure form.
